Morning exercise in Fells Point!   PEDAL. SWEAT. REPEAT!

$22 per person

Looking for a new way to get your morning exercise?  In these 60-minute, morning classes, 6-10 people will pedal together to different exercise stations where you'll perform functional fitness workouts. (Jogging, planks, push-ups, jumping jacks, etc...)  The bike will be driven a Certified Personal Trainer who will lead you all the way through this fun and unique workout.  All classes are appropriate for all fitness levels.  You train to your level of ability.  After your class, hop over to Corner Juice Bar where your stamp will get you a FREE organic Juice or Smoothie!

+ Sample Class #1

  • 5 minute Warm Up and Stretching at Myers Impact Holistic Health Club
  • 15 minute Bike Pedal to the first location (Safeway Circle)
  • 20 minute "Pit Stop" including the following:
  • (first group) 30 Jumping Jacks, 20 High Knees, 10 pushups
  • (second group) Plank variations depending on fitness level
  • One lap around the circle, walking or running. Groups switch
  • Partner Up Core Exercises
  • Option - Walk around the circle or complete a second round of exercises
  • 15 minute Bike Pedal back to Myers Impact
  • 5-10 minute Cool Down/Flexibility Routine

+ Sample Class #2

  • 5-10 minute Warm Up and Stretching at Myers Impact
  • 20 minute Bike Pedal to the first location (Canton Square)
  • 10 minute CORE "Pit Stop" including the following:
  • Variety of core exercises depending on fitness levels
  • 20 minute Bike Pedal back to Myers Impact
  • 5-10 minute Cool Down/Flexibility Routine
